Regular Meeting & Potluck

Meeting called to order by Bill MacLeod at 5:06 pm with the pledge of allegiance. In attendance: Bud Rubeck, President & Julie, Ace Griffin, Vice President & Joan, Bill MacLeod, Secretary/Treasurer, Pat Dudley, Andrea Krygoski, Lynne Rice, Beverly Vadnais, John Cannon, Jerry Justice, Gary Bartholomew, Carl & Jean Kubley, and Jan Sharp & Brian Bowman.

Minutes of the April 13th meeting were read and moved to accept by John Cannon and seconded by Andrea Krygoski. Motion carried.

Motion to accept the report by Pat Dudley seconded by Andrea Krygoski. Motion carried.

Old Business:
Andrea reported one outreach card sent.

Lynne Rice, Jan Sharp and John Cannon spent the day assisting Glidden Historical Society packing for the move to a new museum. Lynne reported there was a good turnout and much was accomplished. She brought a photograph of the CCC Beaver Camp and presented a history of the camps which turned into an interesting discussion.

Restroom project and new doors will be discussed further at next meeting.

New Business:
Annual renewal membership in the Elk Country ATV Club was moved by Bud and seconded by Ace and motion carried.

Attendees agreed BBQ & popcorn should be served on July 1st and a better estimate of beer & pop to be sold. Details to be decided in June.

Bill called attention to the West Fork Waterway Association, Inc. directors open meeting, May 20th, 9:00 am at Deb’s Y-GO-BY (back porch room).

There being no new or further business to conduct it was moved by John Cannon to adjourn and seconded by Andrea Krygosky at 5:30 pm. Motion carried. Respectfully submitted by Bill MacLeod, Secretary/Treasurer.
