Good afternoon Reader’s!
The big story this week is the snow. Six, nine and twelve inches fell on the Northwood’s last Friday and now today Sunday it’s 48 degrees! Boy, are we confused…. it’s expected to be 56 degrees on Thursday and Friday. I know my daylilies are about an inch above ground. I hope this latest snow doesn’t bother them… I can’t wait for all this white stuff to go away and I know I am not alone in that thought. Happy Spring!
The next Clam Lake Community Potluck Dinner/meeting will be held this Thursday, April 14 at 5pm. Meeting will be first, a social hour next then dinner and after dinner a game or two of “high” stakes Bingo… So, bake up a tasty treat and come join your friends and neighbors for an evening of great food and good fun….
With this crazy weather we have not seen the return of the snowbirds… maybe they too are waiting for true Spring!
