A large, lakeside yard gently slopes to a dock on the shores of Upper Clam Lake. This lake is popular with fishermen, ice fishermen, swimmers, paddlers and nature enthusiasts. As a part of the West Fork of the Chippewa River, Upper Clam Lake has populations of walleye, pike and pan fish.
A sun room with pullout sofa leads out to a deck overlooking the lake. There are two bedrooms on the main level of the house. Both carpeted bedrooms have a double bed and closet. There is room to relax in the living room and watch DVD's or Satellite TV.
The full equipped kitchen has full size refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. The home is also air-conditioned.
The spacious, walkout lower level has two additional single beds and plenty of room to spread out. Play a game of darts or cards around the wet bar. There is a small refrigerator downstairs, too. Sliding doors take you back outside and the yard leading down to the lake.
Upper Clam Lake is part of the West Fork of the Chippewa River. The 166 acre lake has a maximum depth of 23 feet and is a popular fishing lake with northern pike, bluegill and largemouth bass. Walleye, muskie and crappie are also caught. There is a public boat launch conveniently located next door to this vacation home rental.
