Clam Lake, WI Snowmobile Trail Report
Dec. 31, 2015: The Ashland County snowmobile trails are OPEN and in fair condition!
The Tri-County Recreational Corridor has been groomed and the gates to the Ashland County snowmobile trails have been opened.
*NOTE: The temporary closure on Trail 9 from Ashland to Sanborn will be lifted at noon today (Wednesday, Dec. 30). A detour route will be posted.
The trails have been groomed and most are passable. The areas where there was water on the trails now have a ½-inch crust of ice.
The southern part of Ashland County did not receive as much snow as the northern portion (City of Ashland), which got more than 10 inches in some places.
