Meeting was called to order by Vice President Ace Giffaw with 24 people attending.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
The Minutes of the July 18th meeting were read and accepted.
No Treasurer’s Report
Old Business –
Out Reach – Alice Filter reported that she had not sent any cards since the last meeting.
Grounds Report – It was noted that the gravel mixture has been put in alongside the building.
Popcorn Maker – Since our old popcorn maker has passed away, Ace has been in the process of researching getting a new one. This is still a work in progress.
Fridges in Beer Shed – Jerry Justice reported that we would need two bar type beverage coolers to replace what we have with each costing between $400 to $600. He is still working on looking into this.
Clock – Lynne reported that Dennis Booth is continuing to work on our old clock as it stubbornly refuses to run once it hits around 3:15. He thinks the hands are sticking and will fix and test that.
The winner of the door prize was Ace Giffaw and Patti Renzelmann taking the Fill Your Card prize.
