One was a postcard image of the Chippewa River circa 1950 and a wall thermometer and humidstat given out as an advertisement for the Chippewa Tavern by Ray and Evy Swaggerty whom ran the The Chippewa Tavern from 1968 until 1980. The slogan on it says, “In Any Kind of Weather Try The Chippewa”. We thank Dennis for his contribution to Clam Lake’s history displays.
