Meeting was called to order by President Bud Rubeck with 20 people attending. The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
The Minutes from the May 12th meeting were read and accepted.
The Treasurer’s Report was read and accepted.
Old Business:
Outreach – Tom Dezotell was not in attendance so nothing to report.
Park Landscaping – Work will begin the week of June 20th if all goes according to plan.
A/C – installed.
Scholarship – Ralph Cornell asked how the scholarship works and whom is eligible. Lynne explained.
New Business:
Plaque – A memorial plaque has been made for Len Heinlein. Ace will put up in Park.
4th of July – Fireworks are all ordered and ready to go. Ace will see about the beverages and other things from the Junction. The Griffaw family will, once again, handle the popcorn with the Justices making the barbecue and taking care of the music.
Lynne inquired as to the whereabouts of the book “Midwestern Strange” that had disappeared from the piano. Cheryl Miller reported that she had it.
Tina (Ferguson) and Chad Mess were introduced to the community as new residents. We welcome them to Clam Lake!
Cheri Cornell won the door prize with Joan Griffaw winning the Fill Your Card Bingo prize. Congrats to them.
