Community Club Meetings & Minutes

November 10th 2022

Meeting was called to order by President Bud Rubeck with 18 people attending. The Pledge of Allegiance was said.

The Minutes of the October 13th meeting were read and accepted.

The Treasurer’s Report was read and accepted.

Old Business:

Outreach: Alice Filter reported that 3 cards had been sent over the past month.

Handicap Toilets: New toilets are here – just need to be installed.

Club Sign Roof – Still on hold.

New Business:

Elk Fest Porta Potty – This has been deemed a donation on the behalf of the Community Club.

Christmas Party – The date for the Christmas Party has been set for Thursday, December 15th beginning with a meal at 5:00 pm. The gift exchange will be set at a $15 limit – gifts should be labeled man or woman. Decorating for the party will be done on Thursday December 8th beginning at 10:00 am.

Bonnie Booth won the door prize with Lea Justice winning the Fill Your Card Bingo.
