Old Business:
Outreach cards – Andrea reported that she had sent two cards. A sympathy card was sent to Tom and Linda Glafcke on the death of Linda’s mother. Also a get well card was sent to Linda due to her recent hip surgery.
Cemetery Crosses – The crosses are completed with two having been put up. Due to frozen ground, Ace will install the others in the spring. Thank you to Jim and Andrea Krygoski for making the crosses and to Ace for installing them.
New Business:
The Annual Letter has been completed and will be mailed out shortly.
The Doug McDougall family will be using the Club on the third Saturday of July 2019 for a family reunion.
Bud has purchased a new defibrillator for the Post Office. Space will be provided on the Dues Reminder card accompanying the Annual Letter for people who wish to donate towards it. It was suggested that the old one be kept at the Clubhouse. Ace will speak to Bud about that. A demonstration on how to use the defibrillator will be given by either Jack McGregor or Rob from Great Divide at the Club.
History – Lynne gave a brief talk about Rainbow’s End Lodge. This was located down Menke Road where the Menke family once had their home and sawmill.
Meeting adjourned. Jane Herbert won the door prize.
Bingo was played and enjoyed by all.
