Happy 2017!
I hope everyone had a great New Year and a safe one also. New Year’s is a time of reflection on the year we just left behind. Was it a good year or a bad year? I feel it does not matter, in the scheme of things we need to live in the moment, try to think of each day as a gift and not concentrate on the long term effects of what might be… So, I wish you all a Healthy, Happy and Prosperous 2017…

The January Potluck Dinner/meeting will be held on Thursday, January 12, at 5pm. We open with the evening with a short meeting, then we eat dinner, then if everyone is game we play a few games of Bingo… Everyone is welcome, you don’t have to bring a dish to share, you can still enjoy dinner with your friends and neighbors… It’s a chance to catch up with your neighbors and old friends and find out what’s going on in our small community. So, come and enjoy the evening…
I’m trying to organize the notes and crumbled pieces of paper into a new and “correct” birthday calendar. It’s been awhile since I’ve gone thru it… So, please bear with me. On that note Gordy Reinders turns 89 this month and I have wished him best wishes last month, in February.. You get the picture, anyway here’s wishing Gordy a very happy 89th birthday on January 16!
