Community Club Meetings & Minutes

Meeting called to order by Bill MacLeod, Secretary/Treasurer at 5:09 pm with the pledge of allegiance. In attendance: Bud Rubeck, President & Julie, Bill MacLeod, Pat Dudley, Carl and Jeanne Kubley, Dan Allen, Kathie Erickson, Lynne Rice, Dave Scherschel, Beverly Vadmais, John Cannon and Rob Puls.

Minutes of the October 8th meeting were read. Moved and seconded by John Cannon and Julie Rubeck. Approved by all.

The report was moved and seconded by Lynne Rice and Pat Dudley. Approved by all.

Old Business:
Rob Puls was in attendance for Automated External Defibrillator (AED) instruction and background information on its liability, use and care.

Outreach report: card sent to Margaret Engler

Bill reported beer shed cement work complete with special thanks to Ron and Colae Vecchie funding the cement and Bud and his work crew headed by Dave Scherschel muscling the work. Nice job.

The following organizations were brought up for renewal membership: Elk Country ATV Club; Clam Lake Forest Riders Snowmobile Club; West Fork Waterway Assoc., Inc.; Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Moved by Pat Dudley and seconded by Jeanne Kubley. Approved by all.

Bill reported Jack McGregor had turned over to the community the defibrillator he had been using to service Clam Lake since 2009. Originally purchased by Jack but reimbursed by the Rubecks, Clam Lake Forest Riders Snowmobile Club, Elk Country ATV Club and Clam Lake Community Club. It is to be housed in the post office in a cabinet donated by Great Divide Ambulance Service for 24/7 public use. Kendra at the post office will be reporting on its status to Bud Rubeck

Bill reported Bud Rubeck had worked up current replacement values for the clubhouse and firehouse and they will be sent to Insurance Agency for update together with request for replacement cost of the defibrillator if lost.

New Business:

Bill was told to send CLCC cards to Jack McGregor, McFaddens and Rob Puls, Great Divide Ambulance Service.

December 11th meeting is a Christmas Potluck with decorations by Kathie Erickson and Pat Dudley. Additional activities may be advertised with fliers at local businesses.

There being no further business to conduct Julie Rubeck moved to adjourn seconded by John Cannon at 5:28 pm. All agreed.
