Meeting called to order by Bill MacLeod at 5:10 pm with the pledge of allegiance. In attendance: Bud Rubeck, President & Julie, Ace Griffaw, Vice Preside & Joan, Bill MacLeod, Secretary/treasurer, Gary Bartholomew, Lynne Rice, Andrea Krygoski, Pat Dudley, Brian Bowman & Jan Sharp, Brian & Doris Johnson, Carl & Jean Kubley, Jerry & Lea Justice and John Cannon.
Minutes of the October 12th meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer’s Report of November 9th:

Treasurer’s report was approved as read.
Andrea reported one outreach card was sent.
Bill presented proposed changes to Clubhouse Use Agreement:
A person shall be eligible for member use of the clubhouse if he/she has been a member in good standing for a minimum of two years. Otherwise, clubhouse use will be considered under non-member qualification.
Member $100 per day
Non Member $150 per day
There will be a $25 charge per diem for preparation and clean up days needed for an event.
Clubhouse key will not be given out to users.
After a discussion attendees moved to accept the proposal. Bill will rewrite the Use Agreement.
There will be no meeting on the December 14th date but a Christmas Potluck starting at 5:00 pm. Those who wish to exchange presents can bring a gift with a limit of $15.00. The club will be hosting good cheer and we hope there will be a nice community gathering.
Lynne presented additional historic information on Howard A. Scotford’s Camp Fire Island and later owners Hanson and Anderson.
