Community Club Meetings & Minutes

Meeting was called to order by President Bud Rubeck with 28 people attending. The Pledge of Allegiance was said.

The Minutes of the September 9th meeting were read and accepted.

The Treasurer’s Report was read and accepted.

Old Business:

Bud reported on the various projects that have been completed. These include: new flooring in both the kitchen and bathrooms, the outhouses removed and leveled, the flower beds dismantled, new lights put in the kitchen and handicap railings installed in the bathrooms. Thanks to all that worked on these upgrades to our clubhouse and yard. Everything looks great!

Outreach: Tom turned in a tabulation of the cards he had sent from May of 2019 thru August of 2021. This amounted to 55 cards along with pictures, notes, thoughts and prayers. We thank him for helming this Community Club service. He also shared thank you cards sent by Kish Hodgeman, the Fanella family and Karen Schmidt.

New Business:

It was reported that Ace had just received a hair cut. Congrats to him on that.

Scholarships – Lynne reported that the 2020 Fall semester scholarships have been awarded and read a thank you from one of the students.

Winner of the door prize was Kathy Allen.
Winner of the Fill Your Card Bingo was Ben Brown.
